Dru executed a thorough whole home inspection, sewer scope and mold testing for a potential home purchase. He was professional, quick and extremely detail oriented. He was very communicative and patient with all questions following the completion of all inspection reports. I am grateful for Dru’s expertise as he outlined several items missed in a previous inspection.

Dru was very professional and thorough. Unfortunately our AC didn't get tested and when we turned it on we found out our compressor was out on the unit. We got stuck paying that fix. Our house was inspected in September and the AC was not turned on or used at all until mid March. Nothing appeared on the report about the unit except a pipe that should be wrapped. He claimed it did get expected, but if it did he would of known immediately that it didn't work, because it tripped a breaker everytime it got turned on.

Dru Gordon performed an inspection of my home for a potential buyer. The report he supplied was filled with inaccuracies. Dru refused to read the documentation or contact the professionals who performed the extensive work on my foundation. Also the inspection report had little to no details and made little sense. I had to pay for another inspector to perform an inspection and review every item from Dru's report. Basically he is very unprofessional and has cost me a great deal of time and money.

Dru is the best! His attention to detail surpasses all. We are buying a new construction and the items that he pointed out for us, not only are going to save us a ton of money in the long run because now the builder is going to fix but also gives us such peace of mind before we move in. We are out of town and had to do everything virtually. He took the time to check every single corner of the home inside and out, took detailed notes, and high quality pictures. I felt I was treated in good faith with him on our side. Would recommend him to all!

We contracted Gordon & Associates to assess our 40+ y/o house's flaws prior to placing the house on the market. The team spent several hours outside and in, from basement to attic. Their report was quite detailed, listing numerous aspects which were less than perfect. We have corrected a number of deficiencies and now feel ready for a buyer's inspection. This was money well spent and Mr. Gordon was a pleasure to deal with.

The best inspection company in Kansas City.I shopped around for four hours and was shocked to find Gordon and Associates was the ONLY inspection company in KC that carried Errors & Omissions insurance with a legitimate A-rated carrier.Dru was completely transparent through every aspect of the process. He was the epitome of thorough. My inspection reports totaled over 50 pages of detailed and clear information with accompanying pictures. It was everything I would need for negotiating, peace of mind, or escape.I can't recommend this service enough. Best money you'll ever spend on a property.

Dru Gordon is very professional. I was referred to him by a realtor years ago. He is very thorough in his inspection. His reports are very easy to read and follow. After his inspection he goes through all his findings in specific details with you.He also supplements his inspection with other companies for mold and sewer inspections and all of them are very thorough and detailed as well. They send the report back in a very timely manner.I would definitely recommend to use Gordon and associates as your home inspection.
